Hi, I'm Josh. Nice to meet you! I've spent 2 decades as an entrepreneur, and while I've learned a lot along the way, there's one lesson that stands above the rest…
Results are everything.
You see, at the beginning I couldn't afford to take my time and build out a bunch of strategies and ideas with my clients. I either had to produce immediately, or they'd fire me.
So I got really good at finding the quickest path to results. Because as soon as you bring in more money than you charge, you stop becoming a liability and start becoming an asset.
I eventually realized the best way to help most businesses get results fast was by helping them "clone" themselves — by building repeatable systems that could be executed by a managed remote team.

Once I realized I was onto something, I started a remote staffing company so I could serve more people with the same systems that worked for me and my clients. And Results On Demand was born!
